Can I send reference files? Yes
Yes. Paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link inside the message, or email the files
separately to sales@kidsshoeworks.com after submitting the form.
Do you work with first-time buyers? Yes
Yes: first-time importers and repeat seasonal programs are both routine for us. If
it is your first order, we will walk you through the sample step.
What should I avoid in the first message? Too little detail
