The brief

A retail brand wanted to launch a private-label kids' sneaker in several colourways, with consistent branding and fit across repeat seasons. (Illustrative scenario, shown to demonstrate our process: not a real engagement.)

Our approach

We proposed a mesh-and-rubber build tuned to the target price, matched the brand's colours on a lab dip, and produced a development sample for approval before any bulk cutting.

Branding touchpoints: woven label, heel tab, printed tongue and retail box art: were specified up front so the sample represented the full product.

How it ran

With the sample approved, bulk ran against the locked spec with in-line checks during production and a final inspection before packing.

The spec, last and colour references were kept on file so repeat seasons stayed consistent. (Qualitative only: no specific sales or volume metrics are implied.)
